RETURNS & REFUNDS

Thanks for your purchase with us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you have 28 days to return the goods to the following address:

Please keep in mind that any item sent for a full refund must be delivered unused, unopened or unworn and in the same condition as you received it. We cannot accept any return without its original packaging and/or proof of purchase.

In the event that an item is received damaged then you will be given a full refund or if you would prefer and if possible then we’re happy to exchange the item. Should a fault develop please contact us in the first instance.

Please note that it is the customer who is responsible for return shipping fees and we cannot take responsibility for the delivery time or loss of a returned package, so we recommend using a tracked & insured delivery service to ensure that your package is returned to us.

Any refund given will be issued via the original payment method and its duration for credit will be dependant upon your card issuer which is out of our control.

In-Store Purchases:

This returns policy applies to items purchased directly instore from our Caravan Team shop, Swansea. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that any product is suitable and compatible with their intended system or application before purchase. We are unable to offer refunds where the item is later found to be unsuitable. Purchases made in store are final once completed. Returns for a change of mind are offered at our discretion and must be made within 28 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please note that special order items and goods that have been fitted, used, or damaged cannot be returned unless faulty.
