Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

All prices are in £'s sterling and are inclusive of 20% VAT.

We accept card payments including Visa and MasterCard. If you do not wish to pay online, you can contact us and we will take payment over the phone.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. We will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price.

You may cancel your order at any time before the goods are despatched and a full refund will be given. To do this, please contact us via email quoting the order number. If you wish to cancel your order after the goods have been despatched please refer to our Returns Policy.

If we have made a mistake and you have been supplied with an incorrect product, contact us and we will make arrangements to have the item collected. Once the item has been returned to Caravan Team Ltd, we will issue a full refund or despatch the correct product.

If an incorrect part has been ordered please refer to our Returns Policy.

If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the item to you. In those circumstances, we will notify the correct price to you, so you can decide whether or not you wish to order the item at that price. If you decide not to order the item, we will give you a full refund on any amount already paid for that item in accordance with our refund policy. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are purchasing an item which is used to connect gas appliances and/or gas pipework, then to comply with Health and Safety laws you MUST have a qualified gas engineer to fit this item. We cannot be held responsible if these instructions are not followed.
Shipping And Handling UK ORDERS:

Postage and packing costs will be added to the cost of your order and is calculated during the checkout process. Postage & packaging costs are based on volume, weight & on your location.

Royal Mail & Alternative Courier services are used to deliver your order.

Postage costs start from £3.99 per order and a signature will be required upon delivery.

Unfortunately due to the weight or size of some items, it may not be possible to ship to some parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of White or the Channel Islands due to excessive delivery costs.

FREE DELIVERY: All orders over £175.00 are free delivery to England & Wales only. Unfortunately due to high delivery costs outside of these areas we cannot provide Free Delivery.

Deliveries to some Scotland areas, Northern Ireland, Scilly Islands, & Isle of Man do differ slightly to the rest of the UK, and may take longer to arrive.


Most overseas orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracking service. The maximum weight that we can despatch overseas is 2kg per packet (including packaging). International orders normally take 7 - 14 days but can occassionally take longer. Unfortunately however we have no control over how long international orders take to clear customs which can affect delivery times.

Customs policies vary from country to country. Once an order arrives at your country, you may have to pay local import taxes, duties or customs charges. These are your responsibility and not that of Caravan Team Ltd. Caravan Team Ltd do not have control over any import taxes, duties or customs charges, and neither can we predict the cost of such charges. Caravan Team Ltd recommend that prior to placing an order, that you make enquires with your local customs office for advice & further information. Please note that all International packages can be subject to cross border inspection by the Customs Authorities.

Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you in 3 - 5 working days. However if an order is received before 12.00 pm, and the product is in stock, we will endeavour to send the order out by the end of the same Working Day.

For all orders placed after 12.00 pm Friday, or on a weekend (i.e. Saturday or Sunday) or Bank Holiday, these orders will be processed the next available working day.

All deliveries are made to the delivery address provided to us at the time of order. delivery times are normally between the hours of 8.00 am - 6.00 pm. Occassionally a signature will be required upon delivery, and you agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence and refer to our Returns Policy in the case of damaged goods.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address then the delivery charges are not refundable. Please ensure someone is available to take delivery for the order as re-deliveries may be subject to a further charge.

Caravan Team Ltd use Royal Mail and a Courier service depending on the size, weight & value of items.

Whilst every effort is made to maintain stocks of all items listed, there may be occassions when an item is temporarily out of stock. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website we use Paypal services. The credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee All products come with a 12 month manufacturers warranty, unless otherwise specified. Should a fault occur, then the product should be returned to us for inspection. Upon inspection if the product is found to be faulty then it will be repaired or replaced. A refund will then be given for any carriage charges incurred.

This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, wear and tear, incorrect installation or user error.

This guarantee is only available to the original purchaser and does not affect your consumer statutory rights.

You are entitled to cancel your order within14 days of receipt of the goods and return the goods within 21 days of receipt for a full refund. All cancellations must be made in writing by email or letter, quoting the order number supplied to you. A returns authorisation & number will then be given to you.

Your refund will be paid within 30 days of the goods being returned and received by Caravan Team Ltd.

Any goods returned should be returned complete and in an unused and "as new" condition, together with the manufacturers original packaging.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. Caravan Team Ltd are not responsible for any goods lost or damaged during transit when returned to us. No refund will be given for costs incurred in returning any items to Caravan Team Ltd.

All refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase.

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.


Please note that electronic PCB boards will only be refunded in an UNUSED condition & in the original UNOPENED packaging.


You are advised to check all items received upon delivery even if you don't intend to use them straight away. Caravan Team Ltd make every effort to ensure goods are delivered undamaged or parts missing. However, should you receive a damaged item or parts missing, you must advise us in writing via email or letter within 2 days of receiving the items, quoting the order number supplied to you. You will then be allocated a returns number.
